A new and identifiable form re-establishes the historic relationship of street, porch, backlands and water, generating a new place for Skibereen.
Galleries, studios, performance spaces and workshops are wrapped in a weathering steel skin. The building adapts to the site to create new public and semi-public spaces for the town.
